Setindiabiz Private Limited helps foreign companies, global entrepreneurs and Indian businesses enter India, establish operations and stay compliant. We support Indian subsidiaries, LLPs, and branch, liaison and project offices; handle RBI/FEMA reporting, including FC-GPR; and provide accounting, GST, income-tax, payroll and corporate compliance support. We also help protect intellectual property through trademark, copyright and design filings in India and internationally.

Most services are delivered by our own teams from Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Where Indian law requires work to be performed, certified or represented by a licensed professional, such as statutory audit, certification, legal opinion or representation, an independent Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary or Advocate is engaged for the client and remains professionally responsible. Setindiabiz is not a law firm.
