Setindiabiz Private Limited (“Setindiabiz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a technology aggregator and techno-legal platform connecting clients with a network of experts, including Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CS), Cost and Management Accountants (CMA), CPAs, Valuers, Insolvency Professionals, Lawyers, and Other Consultants (collectively known as “Experts”). We always strive to ensure that the services you avail through our website are satisfactory and the best in the industry at highly reasonable and affordable rates.
If the government authorities reject your application for reasons beyond our control, we cannot process refund requests. If you choose to reapply after rejection, you will be required to pay 70% of the professional fees and 100% of the government fees, as well as any additional travel and miscellaneous expenses associated with the assignment. We will create a new order for you once we approve, provided you agree to these terms. Please note that government authorities may levy penalties or fees for any reason, and you are responsible for paying them. We will not be held accountable for any actions or penalties the government authorities impose. Please be aware that in professional services, time is a valuable asset, and every piece of advice or engagement during a call has a cost.
However, there may be situations where you need to cancel an order and request a refund. We understand that there may be a genuine concern, and we are open to discussing and deciding each case’s merits. Please send your request for cancellation or refund to our email id “help@setindiabiz.com”. We would like to inform you that requests for cancellation and refund will be considered on a case-to-case basis. We may issue a full or partial refund or deny the request for a refund, depending on the specific circumstances. Please note that we reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the approval or denial of any refund requests.
We will refund the approved amount by the management to the original payment method used for the transaction. However, in some cases, we can issue a refund to the bank account of the entity that placed the order. Refunds will not be issued to any third parties under any circumstances. Eligible refunds will be processed within a minimum of 15 days from the approval by Setindiabiz.
In case of a dispute between parties regarding order cancellation or refund requests, the exclusive jurisdiction for such cases shall lie with the courts in Delhi. It is important to note that the provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall not apply to these cases.
