Removal of LLP Partner Online Filing of Forms 4 and 3

The LLP partner removal has to be intimated to the ROC in Form 4 so that the records of the ROC are updated with the correct particulars. As the partner removal would also require an LLP Agreement change, Form 3 is also filed with the new LLP Agreement.
