Process of Company Registration in Pune

The Company Registration process in Pune can be completed in a series of steps. STEP 1 – Acquire DIN of Directors & DSC of Promoters

Digital Signatures of all Promoters have to be acquired for verification and attestation of the Company Registration Form and Documents. You can apply for DSCs online on the websites of agencies licensed by the MCA. Also, all directors in Company must have their DIN, or apply for it in the Company Registration Form itself.

STEP 2 – Reserve Company’s Name

The selected name of the company must be unique and valid as per the MCA Guidelines. This name must be filed for approval and reservation to the ROC. Once approved, the name will be valid for 20 days, within which the process of company incorporation must be completed.

STEP 3 – Draft the MOA & AOA

MOA and AOA are two important legal documents which have to be submitted with the Company Registration Form. So, make sure they are drafted, stamped, notarized and signed by all shareholders beforehand to avoid any hindrance.

STEP 4 – Apply for Company Registration

After all the above steps are complete, you can move ahead with the application process. Visit the MCA website, login to your account and access the online SPICE Plus Application. Fill out this form online and upload all the documents before submitting.

STEP 5 – Pay Company Registration Fees & Submit the form

To submit the completed form, pay company registration fees online. The fees will depend on the company’s authorized capital. Finally submit the form on the MCA Website.

STEP 6 – Get the Company Registration Certificate, Company PAN & TAN

The submitted application is examined by the ROC and upon successful verification of all the details and documents submitted with it, the ROC issues Certificate of Incorporation, PAN and TAN to the Company.

STEP 7 – Open Company’s Bank Account

The incorporated company cannot operate without a bank account in its name. All transactions related to the business have to be carried out using this account. You can apply for opening a bank account using the integrated SPICE Plus application itself.
