STEP 1 – Acquire the DSC & DIN of Promoters

Digital Signatures and DIN are two important prerequisites for company registration in Ahmedabad. While DSCs of promoters are used for attesting the form and documents of registration, DIN of the Directors is required for their identity verification. You can apply for DSCs and DIN through online processes as well.

STEP 2 – Reserve Company Name

The next step is to select a valid and unique name for your Private Limited Company according to the MCA Guidelines. After the name is finalized, you must file for its approval to the ROC. If the name gets approved, the ROC reserves it for 20 days, within which your company incorporation process must be completed.

STEP 3 – Draft the MOA & AOA

STEP 5 – Receive Certificate of Incorporation, Company PAN & TAN

The company immediately receives a Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, and TAN as evidence of its newly created legal identity.

STEP 6 – Open Company Bank Account

After the company is incorporated, all its business transactions will be conducted through a bank account opened in its name. For opening a company bank account, an application can be filed using the SPICE Plus form itself.
