STEP 1 – Acquire DSC & DIN

Digital Signatures are required to attest the forms and documents for Company Registration, So, all promoters must acquire their DSC. Also, Directors must possess their DIN allotted by the MCA.

STEP 2 – Select & Reserve your Company’s name

Select a unique name for your company, making sure it is not similar to any existing company or LLP names and is not infringing an existing trademark. The selected name must be approved and reserved by the ROC for use.

STEP 3 – Draft MOA & AOA

MOA and AOA are two of the most essential legal documents for company incorporation.These must be drafted in a proper format, stamped, notarized, and signed by all shareholders before submission to the ROC.

STEP 4 – Apply for Company Registration

Company Registration application is filed and submitted online on the MCA website after filling out all the details, uploading the documents digitally and paying the application fees online. The form used for this purpose is SPICE Plus or INC-32.

STEP 5 – Receive Company Incorporation Certificate
