Sourcing candidates for relevant positions via: database searching, executive search, media advertising, online recruitment referral, and Head Hunting.
- Drive the recruitment process using the company recruitment process of our partners/clients and reviewing it from time to time and ensure that it is well implemented and executed.
- Advertise across social media and various job portals if required
- Prevents counterfeiting of the original product
- Undertake Initial screening and interviewing of candidates for initial round in order to
sate the time of the partner/Client.
- Maintain, build and develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure minimum drop down at the time of interview.
