Central government pursuant to the Scheme known as Companies Fresh Start SCheme 2020 as notified via General Circular No. 12/2020 dated 30/03/2020 has prescribed a form known as CFSS-2020. The form is an electronic form and shall be filed by anyone director of the company who has been duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the company for this purpose.
At the time of writing this post, the MCA has not yet published the electronic version for use and it shall be available at the MCA Portal in due course of time. Kindly note that as per CFSS 2020 scheme the application for seeking immunity for the offenses of not filing the necessary documents, forms, and returns has to be filed only after the closure of the scheme and also after all the forms filed under this scheme has been approved by the ROC. Hence the due date of filing the CFSS 2020 will come only after 30th September 2020.
